Strawberry Mint Lemonade

Serves: 2
Total Time: 10 minutes


4-6 frozen strawberries
½ cup ice, more for serving if desired
2 cups water
2 small lemons, juiced
½ to 1 tbsp creamed honey depending on how sweet you like it
4 mint leaves, more for garnish if desired


1. Blend strawberries, ice, water, lemon juice, and honey in a high powered blender until well incorporated and frothy.

2. Lightly roll the mint leaves between your fingers to release the mint flavor and add to the pitcher along with a few cubes of ice.

3. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
