    Very practical and easy to follow course – I am only on my third day of the guided meditations and really enjoying it so far!

    Great way to get started with meditation. The book explains all the practicalities of meditation and mindfulness. I am only on my second day of guided practice and so far I am finding it enjoyable and easy to follow.
