Total Time: 10 minutes
1 heaping cup frozen peaches
1 large frozen banana (make sure it was fully ripe before frozen)
½ cup cottage cheese (can be replaced by your favourite vanilla protein powder)
2-3 large ice cubes
3/4 cup cold water to thin
1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender for a whole minute to make sure cottage cheese curds become smooth.
2. Add more water if necessary to get a nice “sip-able” texture
