Active Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus overnight soaking
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup walnut
1. Mix oats, milk, and chia seeds in an air tight container overnight.
2. In the morning, stir in the maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and top with the berries and nuts. Serve cold or warm.
