Overnight Blueberry Nut Oats

These blueberry nut oats are a fantastic way to kickstart your day! The combination of fibre, slow carbs, and Omega 3s present in the chia and the nuts, make it an incredible nutritious breakfast option. Plus all the benefits of the vitamin-packed blueberries!

Serves: 1
Active Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus overnight soaking


½ cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup walnut


1. Mix oats, milk, and chia seeds in an air tight container overnight.
2. In the morning, stir in the maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and top with the berries and nuts. Serve cold or warm.
