Grain Free Bread Recipe

This is a “non bread” or grain free bread recipe. Like a naan bread, its delicious eaten with curry like traditional Indian naan, but is also a great bread to replace tortillas or pitas. I also love to eat this bread as an open faced sandwich with a fork!

Total Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 6-8 small breads


1 cup coconut milk, canned
½ cup almond flour
½ cup tapioca flour
1-2 Tbsp butter or coconut oil


1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat.
2. Mix all ingredients well in a small bowl, adding a little water if necessary to form a batter.
3. Add a little butter or coconut oil to the pan, once melted, add ¼ cup batter and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Continue with the rest of the batter adding more oil to the pan when necessary.
