Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 cup whole milk
1 handful spinach
1 tbsp Acai powder (freeze dried, found in many health-food stores)
Optional toppings: 1 kiwi, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, low sugar granola, banana slices
Instructions
1. Blend spinach and milk in a high powered blender about 30 seconds or until greens are well blended.
2. Add frozen berries and acai powder, blend until smooth.
3. Dish into a bowl and top as desired. Eat with a spoon.
