Green Kefir Smoothie

Say hello to the ultimate gut-heath drink! This green kefir smoothie features a good dose of probiotics (or healthy cultures for your gut biome) and prebiotics (the fiber necessary for them to flourish!) It’s also delicious, filling, and low in calories!

1 cup spinach
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Kefir, flavored or unflavored
