Try these double berry oats for breakfast as an ideal way to boost your fibre intake.

½ cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
1. Start by adding the rolled oats, and almond milk to a stock pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes stirring every 60 seconds.
2. Top the cooked oats with the berries, and flaxseeds.
