Curried Stuffed Cabbage

This curried stuffed cabbage recipe features whole food ingredients, is packed with veggies, and comes together in just 30 min! If desired, this recipe can be served over brown rice.

Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 30 min


1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp red curry paste
2 lbs ground beef
1 head of cabbage (you will use the outermost leaves)
Coconut oil for brushing
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. In a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the pepper, curry paste and beef. Add a little salt if desired.
3. Once the meat has cooked through, spoon it into the cabbage leaf, roll, and place in a baking dish.
4. Repeat until dish is full. Brush lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper. 5. Bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until cabbage softens and edges turn golden!
