This Asian Salad with Turkey and Green Beans is perfect after Thanksgiving when you can use your turkey leftovers, or any other occasion during the festive season in order to compensate for more heavy and saturated meals!
Total Prep Time: 5 minutes
2 cups spinach
2 cups romaine lettuce
6 miniature bell peppers, sliced thin
½ cup steamed green beans (leftovers work great!)
6 ounces of turkey meat, light and dark pieces
1 tsp black sesame seeds
4 Tbsp Brianna’s Ginger Mandarin salad dressing
- Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Portion into 2 bowls, serve immediately.
