3 tbsp olive oil

1 large head of butter lettuce, rinsed

4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil

Assemble the veggies, raisins and bacon in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing made from yogurt, lemon juice, oil and salt.
